Terms & Conditions

All visitors to www.FlyWildBlue.com understand and agree that all aircraft advertised on this site, or anywhere else, are exclusively listed, and have been personally evaluated by WildBlue, LLC ("WildBlue") and that contact about any aircraft listed herein will only be made to WildBlue.

All visitors to www.FlyWildBlue.com (and any other site used by WildBlue for the purpose of aircraft sales) further understand and agree that WildBlue strives to insure the accuracy of all data presented but cannot guarantee nor warrant any information to be free of error or omission. Aircraft specifications, listing data and descriptions provided do not constitute representations or warranties of WildBlue. WildBlue is not, and does not represent itself to be, a qualified maintenance facility. WildBlue does not conduct a mechanical or flight inspection upon listed aircraft and no inspection panels (including engine cowlings, interior fittings, or other removable Aircraft components) were opened or removed for the purposes of a mechanical inspection. WildBlue does not warrant the Aircraft log books, maintenance documentation, title, value, condition, merchantability, functionality, fitness or a particular use or airworthiness of the Aircraft or any Aircraft component or system, and no representations or warranties are made otherwise either express or implied or arising by operation of law or in equity related to the Aircraft. The buyer (or buyer's representative) is solely responsible for the independent verification of all data provided by WildBlue or the Aircraft's owner/seller and to determine that the Aircraft is airworthy and acceptable to the buyer. Unless specifically stated in our listing data, WildBlue does not own aircraft being represented and has no control over the flying habits, maintenance practices, or aircraft condition following our on-site evaluation.

WildBlue strongly encourages buyers to conduct thorough pre-purchase inspections of any aircraft that may be considered for purchase, whether or not that airplane is being sold by WildBlue, another aircraft broker or dealer, or an individual seller. A pre-purchase inspection should always include a thorough review of the aircraft logs and records to verify log completeness, airworthiness and inspection status, aircraft history, airworthiness directive compliance, and accurate airframe, engine and prop times. Furthermore, WildBlue advises the use of an insured and bonded aircraft title and escrow company for the transfer of funds and closing of the sale. WildBlue reserves the right, at any time, to change advertised asking prices or to remove the aircraft from the resale market. All aircraft are subject to prior sale.

WildBlue is not responsible for training and proper operation — or lack thereof — of an aircraft you purchase. We encourage you to pursue a training regimen that exceeds industry standards and to operate your aircraft in accordance with all laws, regulations, and aircraft limitations.
